The administrative-residential building that pertains to FIE  “Venetos Imobil” LLC is situated on Mateevici 52 street, in the historical centre of Chisinau. Mateevici street separates the historical centre of the city and it distinguishes itself by houses architecture from the renovated green park  Valea Morilor. Alexei Mateevici street has a length of 2,3 km and is situated between Ismail and Constantin Stere street. Alexei Mateevici street is also called the embassies street because here are located many of them as: German, US, Belarusian, Turkish, French and Austrian embassy. This is the part of the city with a special historical, cultural and scientific importance.
